- Currently following the courses of the Romanian-Canadian MBA program, organized in partnership with the Graduate School of Management from Ottawa University and managed by Bucharest School of Management (BSM), a business school, part of the ASE Bucharest structure, for obtaining a degree in the field of finance (investments, international finances, management of the financial institutions);
- Coordinator and promoter of the Lexconsulting team, starting with 2004;
- Fluent in English and Italian.
Senior Lawyer, with relevant experience in:
- legal consultancy for foreign companies with the purpose to implement investment projects in Romania;
- attendance, consultancy and negotiations for mergers, acquisitions and divisions;
- litigation experience in the areas of commercial law, company law, fiscal law, real estate law;
- ontracts, assistance in negotiations, legal consultancy and representation in court, including representation in front of the High Court of Cassation and Justice, Court of the International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and European Court of Human Rights.
